Summary of Fees & Policies
- All students are required to pay tuition and registration fees without exception.
- The Board of Trustees at ktech reserves the right to modify fees at any time.
- Admission-related fees (application, placement, reservation) are non-refundable .
- Tuition is charged at 240 KWD per credit , or as a flat fee for the Foundation Program ( 3,150 KWD per semester ).
- Student Services Fees & Activities fee is 100 KWD per Fall/Spring semester and 50 KWD in Summer (non-refundable).
- Additional charges may apply for transcripts, IDs, certificates, graduation gown, and special requests.
Payment Options & Schedule
Full Payment
- Fall & Spring: Registration fees of 500 KWD must be paid before the registration period.
- Summer: All tuition fees must be paid in full before classes begin.
Installment Plan
- Week 1: Semester begins (Add & Drop period).
- Week 4: First installment due (50% of remaining tuition fees).
- Week 6: Course withdrawal deadline.
- Week 8: Second installment due (25% of remaining tuition fees).
- Week 11: College withdrawal deadline.
- Week 12: Third installment due (25% of remaining tuition fees).
