Professor- Information Systems Technology (IST)
Brief Description of Duties
- Teach undergraduate courses.
- Supervise and mentor students.
- Participate in departmental committees and various college activities
- Develop an independent research program that attracts external funding and leads to publication.
- Provide service to the department, college and the community.
General Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Must hold a bachelor’s degree and a PhD, both specifically in (Computer Science/ Cybersecurity /Computer Engineering /Software Engineering)
- Format: All degrees must be from accredited universities and obtained through traditional, on-campus, residential formats.
- Research: Must have a strong record of publications in reputable international journals
- Teaching: Must have distinguished teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
- Note: Research papers must be published in referred international journals and cannot be extracted from the applicant's own MS or PhD thesis. Papers from predatory journals are strictly rejected.
