Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is our governing body. The Board’s terms of reference are outlined in the ktech By-Laws.
Currently, the Board is composed of five members:
- MR. MESHARI AYMAN BOODAI – Chairman
- PROF. AYMAN JASSEM AL ZAYED – Vice Chairman
- MR. OTHMAN AYMAN BOODAI – Board Member
- DR. FAISAL ADEL ALWAZZAN – Board Member
- DR. JAMES SMITH – Board Member
- MR. ABDULRAHMAN ABDULQADER AL AJEEL – Board of Trustees Secretary
