Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is our governing body. The Board’s terms of reference are outlined in the ktech By-Laws.

Currently, the Board is composed of five members:

• MR. MESHARI AYMAN BOODAI – Chairman

• PROF. AYMAN SULAIMAN AL-ZAYED – Vice Chairman Board of Trustees

• MR. OTHMAN AYMAN BOODAI – Board Member

• DR. FAISAL ADEL ALWAZZAN – Board Member

• DR. JAMES SMITH – Board Member

• MR. ABDULRAHMAN ABDULQADER AL AJEEL – Board of Trustees Secretary
