Kuwait Technical College ( ktech) has officially launched the fourth edition of its annual career fair under the title "With you all the way", reaffirming its ongoing commitment to bridging the gap between education and employment. The event brought together a wide range of leading local, regional, and international companies across various sectors, aiming to attract ambitious youth—students and graduates alike—who are eager to explore job opportunities, understand market needs, and sharpen the skills required for today’s workforce.
The 2025 Career Fair targeted a broad audience, including fresh graduates, experienced professionals, ktech alumni, and current students preparing to enter the job market. It also served as a valuable introduction for first-year students, giving them direct exposure to career paths aligned with their academic interests.
Hosted on ktech’s campus in Abu Halifa, the fair welcomed over 30 major companies from both the private and public sectors, selected based on clear criteria including the quality and diversity of opportunities offered. Participating employers praised the strong academic and practical capabilities of ktech’s students and graduates, as well as the impressive turnout throughout the event.
Company representatives expressed great satisfaction in engaging with the next generation of Kuwaiti talent, recognizing ktech as a key contributor to the national workforce. They commended students not only for their academic readiness but also for their dedication to hands-on learning through workshops and skill-building initiatives. Several employers extended special thanks to Mr. Mishari Ayman Boodai, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, for his role in ensuring a smooth transition from academic life to the professional world.
Mr. Mishari Ayman Boodai commented:
“We are proud to see our Career Fair continue for the fourth consecutive year. Our goal is to provide a unified platform where graduates can connect directly with employers and enter the job market with confidence and competence.”
The event drew attendees from inside and outside the college community, including Kuwaiti citizens and residents seeking job opportunities.
Ms. Noora Ayman Boodai, Vice President of Student Affairs and Registration, emphasized the college’s holistic approach to student success:
“At ktech, we support our students from the moment they register until they graduate—and beyond. We ensure they receive relevant internships during their studies and multiple employment opportunities after graduation. Our graduates remain part of the ktech family long after they enter the workforce.”
This year’s edition of “Weyak Tool AlTireej” reinforces ktech’s role as a vital academic institution focused not only on education, but on career empowerment, industry partnerships, and long-term graduate support.
