kuwait technical college Launches Its Second Annual Career Fair: “With you all way"
kuwait technical college (ktech) launched the second edition of its annual career fair, “Weyak Tool AlTireej 2,”continuing its mission to connect promising youth with real-world career opportunities. The fair attracted participation from a wide range of leading local, regional, and international companies across various sectors, underlining the importance of such initiatives in empowering students and graduates eager to explore job markets, available opportunities, and the in-demand skills required for future success.
Organized by the Student Services Department, led by Ms. Iman Al-Shatti, the 2023 edition of “With you all way was designed to serve ktech graduates with experience, soon-to-be graduates seeking employment or internships, and even first-year students, offering them valuable exposure to the labor market and insight into career paths aligned with their preferred fields of study.
Strategic Industry Participation and Engagement
The college hosted over 30 top-tier companies, both local and global, carefully selected based on strict criteria — particularly the quality and diversity of job and training opportunities offered. Company representatives praised the academic caliber and practical skills of Ktech students and alumni, noting the strong turnout and active engagement during the event.
Many participating companies expressed their enthusiasm and gratitude for the opportunity to connect with Kuwait’s talented youth. They emphasized that ktech plays a vital role in meeting the workforce needs of the market through its highly capable graduates, who demonstrate not only strong academic foundations but also practical experience through workshops and hands-on training.
Several companies extended their appreciation to Mr. Mishari Ayman Boodai, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Ktech, for his dedication to ensuring a smooth transition from academic life to professional careers for the college’s students.
A Two-Day Experience of Discovery and Opportunity
The event ran for two consecutive days, March 6–7, at Ktech’s campus in Abu Halifa, drawing not only Ktech students but also job-seeking citizens and residents.
Ms. Iman Al-Shatti, Director of Career Services, noted that one of the department’s primary priorities is to support students from the moment they enroll through to providing field-specific internships, and ultimately, career placement.
“We aim to maintain a lifelong connection with our graduates, even after they secure employment. They remain an integral part of the ktech family,” she added
