kuwait technical college signs memorandum of understanding with TESOL Kuwait

kuwait technical college (ktech) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with TESOL Kuwait to sponsor and host the TESOL Kuwait 2023 Hybrid Conference. The event took place on February 17–18, 2023 at the ktech campus and was attended by Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulqader Al-Ajeel, Vice President of ktech; Dr. Anwar Al-Kandari, Director of Research; Dr. Reem Al-Qanai; and Ms. Anne Newman, President of TESOL Kuwait.

TESOL Kuwait is a professional organization for ESL/EFL educators and language teaching professionals dedicated to improving the quality of English language instruction for speakers of other languages. The organization offers membership to English educators in Kuwait and creates opportunities for them to engage and connect with the broader TESOL International community.

Supporting Academic and Professional Growth

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulqader Al-Ajeel, Vice President of ktech, stated:

“At ktech, we place great importance on the academic and research development of our faculty members and encourage the exchange of knowledge and expertise across schools, colleges, and universities. This MoU reflects our commitment to supporting professional development initiatives like the TESOL Kuwait 2023 English Language Conference.”
