Kuwait City, Kuwait – kuwait technical college (ktech) has provided students majoring in Business Administration – Marketing with the opportunity to participate in Al Moather Plus Program, a specialised training program offered by LOYAC’s LAPA Academy for Performing Arts.

The programme aims to develop students’ skills in digital media and content creation, strengthen their communication and on-camera presentation abilities, and help them build an influential digital presence through hands-on training and direct engagement with industry experts.

The initiative reflects kuwait technical college’s commitment to enriching the student learning experience and bridging academic knowledge with real-world industry requirements. By providing students with opportunities to learn directly from experienced professionals and practitioners, the College continues to create meaningful learning experiences that support students’ academic development and professional growth.

kuwait technical college is fully sponsoring the participation of a select group of outstanding students, reaffirming its commitment to investing in their potential and providing opportunities that enhance their future career prospects.

The Al Moather Plus program covers the various stages of content creation, from idea development, storytelling, scriptwriting and scene planning to filming, directing, production and publishing across digital platforms. It also focuses on public speaking, on-camera presence, body language and digital marketing, while introducing participants to the applications of artificial intelligence in content creation.

In addition, the program introduces students to the fundamentals of podcast development and production, creative ideation and media identity building. These skills are designed to help students transform their ideas into purposeful, professional content that combines creativity, credibility and an understanding of media responsibility.

The training sessions began with content creator and entrepreneur Ms. Rawan Al Otair, Founder and CEO of Octopus AI, who is leading the first two weeks of the programme. Through her sessions, students are exploring the world of digital media and the fundamentals of content creation, gaining insights into developing compelling ideas and presenting them creatively to reach audiences and create a meaningful, positive impact.

The programme also featured a specialised session on media responsibility and publishing ethics, delivered by Dr. Hussein Al Abdullah, lawyer, Founder and Managing Partner of Arkan Legal Consultancy. The session highlighted the importance of credibility in content creation, the responsibilities associated with publishing and sharing content across digital platforms, and the legal and ethical considerations surrounding media messages and their impact on individuals and society.

These sessions emphasise the importance of combining creative and technical skills with professional and ethical awareness. The impact of content extends beyond its reach and visibility to include the quality and credibility of its message and its ability to deliver genuine value to audiences.

Commenting on the students’ participation, Dr. Anwaar Mohammed Al Kandari, Assistant Dean of the College of Business Administration at Kuwait technical college, said:

Through Al Moather Plus program, we strive to provide participants with a comprehensive experience that combines artistic and technical skills with credibility and media responsibility, helping them become content creators with a meaningful message and a genuine impact, rather than simply pursuing views and follower counts.
