kuwait technical college (ktech) hosted its annual dinner for administrative and academic staff & faculty at Grand Hyatt 360, bringing together Chairman of the Board of Trustees Mr. Meshari Ayman Boodai, President Prof. Dr. Ayman Sulaiman Al Zayed, members of senior management, and employees along with their families.
The event celebrated a year marked by significant achievements and institutional growth while reflecting the College’s culture of appreciation, belonging, and employee engagement.
In his opening remarks, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees emphasized that institutional success begins with investing in people, noting that human talent remains the foundation of every achievement. He reaffirmed the College’s commitment to launching initiatives that support both professional and personal development.
During the evening, the College announced its Educational Scholarship Program for Employees’ Children, underscoring its belief that investing in education extends beyond employees to include their families, further strengthening a sense of belonging and stability.
College President Prof. Dr. Ayman Sulaiman Al Zayed highlighted the College’s key achievements during the academic year and shared its future vision, which is centered on academic excellence, student success, workforce alignment, innovation and technology, and institutional excellence.
The event also featured the College’s annual film, showcasing the year’s most notable milestones and accomplishments. In addition, a distinguished group of employees was recognized through the Golden Icon Awards in appreciation of their excellence, dedication, innovation, and valuable contributions.
As part of kuwait technical college’s commitment to empowering its human capital, the College also announced the launch of its Postgraduate Scholarship Program to support academic staff in pursuing advanced studies. The program was implemented through a transparent process based on clear academic and professional criteria, beginning with measuring faculty interest, followed by evaluation and interview stages, and culminating in the selection of one faculty member to receive a fully funded postgraduate scholarship. This initiative reflects the College’s ongoing investment in talent development and academic excellence.
The evening concluded with a variety of interactive activities and a dinner that brought together the College community in an atmosphere reflecting the values of collaboration, appreciation, and belonging. The event reaffirmed the College’s commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture that invests in people and supports the achievement of its strategic goals.
